Refund & Cancellation Rules

Please check our cancellation timelines and fee structure below before requesting a refund or rescheduling.

General Information

  • Refunds are processed within 2–3 business days. In case of organiser cancellation, refunds are initiated after the trip date.
  • Once initiated, refunds may take 10–12 business days to reflect in the original bank account or card.
  • All refunds processed via the website will have a 3% payment gateway fee deducted.
  • Rescheduled trips are valid for up to 2 months. Beyond that period, the booking is no longer eligible for rescheduling or refund.

Cancellation Timelines & Charges

  1. 0–15 days before the trip No refund will be provided. 100% of the tour cost will be charged.
  2. 15–30 days before the trip 50% of the tour cost will be charged (50% refund provided, minus 3% payment gateway fee if online).
  3. Rescheduling Requests Rescheduling requests must be made at least 5 days prior to and within 30 days of the original date. No requests will be accepted beyond this window.
  4. Unavailable Permits If permits are unavailable for a trek, an alternate trek will be offered. Otherwise, we will provide a full refund (Refunds via the website will have a 3% payment gateway fee deducted).
