General Information
Refunds are processed within 2–3 business days. In case of organiser cancellation, refunds are initiated after the trip date.
Once initiated, refunds may take 10–12 business days to reflect in the original bank account or card.
All refunds processed via the website will have a 3% payment gateway fee deducted.
Rescheduled trips are valid for up to 2 months. Beyond that period, the booking is no longer eligible for rescheduling or refund.
Cancellation Timelines & Charges
0–15 days before the trip
No refund will be provided. 100% of the tour cost will be charged.
15–30 days before the trip
50% of the tour cost will be charged (50% refund provided, minus 3% payment gateway fee if online).
Rescheduling Requests
Rescheduling requests must be made at least 5 days prior to and within 30 days of the original date. No requests will be accepted beyond this window.
Unavailable Permits
If permits are unavailable for a trek, an alternate trek will be offered. Otherwise, we will provide a full refund (Refunds via the website will have a 3% payment gateway fee deducted).
